Three clubs only eligible for the 2022-2023 Uganda Premier League season

Pending the resumption of the Uganda Premier League for the 2022-2023 season, its only 3 clubs that have so far met the requirements put in place by FUFA.

This is according to the information provided by the Star Times Uganda Premier League page.

These clubs are KCCA, BUL and Vipers out of the 16 teams that are supposed to take part in the league.

FUFA also moved ahead to reveal how the other clubs been given a provision license by the Club licensing committee to 11 other teams. The Federation also provided a date on when this inspection will take place.

League entrants Kyetume which had no single player on the FUFA commect system was given until last week on Friday to have a minimum of 18 players on the system.

The club was warned that failure to abide by this decision would see it being canceled from participating the league campaign.
