Stephen Mukwala bids farewell to URA FC ahead of expected move to Ghana

Uganda Revenue Authority FC striker Stephen Mukwala has confirmed his exit from the UPL side.

Taking to his social media pages, Mukwala posted a farewell message expressing his gratitude for the love showed to him while at the club.

The striker said that although saying goodbye is one of the hardest things he hates, he has to brace himself for a new challenge.

This comes after rumors linking him with a move to Ghanaian team Asante Kotoko. Mukwala is rumored to be set to join the West African team on a two year deal.

This will make him the third Ugandan player to play for the team in and in Ghana after George Abege and Joseph Ochaya.

Mukwala has been best striker in the league racking up 40 goals in the past three years.

He even won the golden boot in rhe 2019 season while at Maroons where he netted 13 goals. Mukwala has spent 2 seasons at URA FC.
