Crested Cranes versatile defender Asia Nakibuuka has completed a move from Kawempe SS women Football team to join Kampala Queens.
Nakibuuka departs the valley after five years and she has been officially unveiled today as the third signing at Kampala Queens.
She brings a lot of experience and competitiveness to the squad in all the defensive options having featured for the national side from the U17, U20 and recently playing in the AWCON tournament with the senior team.
Nakibuuka will have to battle for a starting spot at Kampala Queens with the likes of Judith Sanyu, Lukiya Namubiru and Dorcus Nabuffu across the defense.
Kampala Queens who finished second in the 2021/2022 Uganda Women Super League are looking forward to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season.
They have so far completed the signing of Teddy Najjuma and Sumaya Komuntale.
